What we collect on this website, why we collect it, and how to reach us.

Effective October 31, 2026

01Who we are

Superbird Labs, Inc. (“Superbird,” “we,” “us”), a Delaware corporation, operates https://superbird.ai (the “Site”). This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Site.

Work we do for clients may involve other information under a separate agreement. That agreement governs the engagement.

02Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a call, email us, or tell us what you would like to improve, we receive what you share. This can include your name, email address, company, and the details of your request.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider receives technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

Analytics, only with your permission. If you allow Analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the Site, such as pages viewed, time on page, and how you arrived.

03How we use it

We use this information to:

  • respond to your messages and schedule and hold the calls you book;
  • understand how the Site is used and improve it, if you have allowed Analytics;
  • measure and improve our marketing, if you have allowed Marketing;
  • operate and secure the Site; and
  • meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to train AI models.

04Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Site and our business, and only as needed for that work:

  • Calendly, which handles bookings under its own privacy policy when you book a call;
  • Google, for Google Analytics, only if you allow Analytics cookies; and
  • our website hosting and email providers.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

05Cookies

Essential cookies keep the Site working and remember your privacy choices for up to 180 days. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional: they stay off until you allow them, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time with Edit privacy settings at the top of this page or Cookie settings at the foot of every page.

Booking a call opens Calendly, which may set its own cookies under its own policy.

06Retention

We keep contact and booking information for as long as we need it for our relationship with you, our records, and our legal obligations, and then delete or anonymize it. Google Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Analytics account, after which Google deletes it.

07Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or limit how we use it. To make a request, email hello@superbird.ai. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on it.

If we cannot meet a request where the law allows us to decline it, we will tell you why.

09Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe we have, contact hello@superbird.ai and we will delete it.

10International visitors

We are based in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States, where data protection rules may differ from those in your country.

11Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version.
